WELCOME TO THE FRA INFOBASE

The FRA InfoBase presents overview information on racism, xenophobia and related intolerances in the European Union and its Member States.

At the moment five main areas are covered: legal issues, including information on anti-discrimination legislation, racist violence and crime, the situation of migrants and minorities regarding employment, education and housing. Over the time, more and more information and data on recent developments in the area of Fundamental Rights in the European Union and its Members are going to be added.

The information is mainly collected and updated in house and through two networks contractors: the RAXEN (European Racism and Xenophobia Information Network), reporting on racism, xenophobia and related intolerances and the FRALEX, a group of legal experts reporting on legal aspects of fundamental rights issues.

The FRA InfoBase freely online accessible. The data can be accessed country per country displayed on the right hand side and then by navigation along the content structure displayed at the left-hand side. Additionally it can be carried out through a full text search, advanced or thesaurus search.
